Refund policy

Digital guides and webinars

All sales of downloadable guides, webinars, and other digital products are final. Because these are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds once a purchase is complete. If something goes wrong — a download link fails, you were charged twice, or the product isn't what was described — email info@thewellbuild.com and we will make it right. We review requests case by case.

Single Session Strategy Call

The fee is due in full at the time of purchase. You may reschedule at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice, or not attending, forfeits the session and the fee. Once a session has taken place, the fee is non-refundable.

Consulting engagements

Plan review, build-phase advisory and full-service engagements are governed by the signed consulting agreement for that project, which takes precedence over this policy.

In summary: fees for services already performed are non-refundable. Either party may end an engagement for convenience with 30 days' written notice. On termination you remain responsible for fees through the termination date, calculated pro-rata within the current phase; if you end an engagement partway through a phase, the full instalment for that phase is due. Any payments made for phases not yet started are refunded within 30 days.

Water filtration systems

Systems are configured and built to order for your home, water source and flow requirements. You may cancel for a full refund any time before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation may be subject to costs already incurred, and built-to-order systems are not returnable.

Inspect your delivery on arrival. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt and email cleanwater@thewellbuild.com within 48 hours with photographs, and we will arrange a replacement or repair. Systems carry a lifetime transferable warranty on the main unit, administered by the manufacturer. Installation is performed by your own licensed plumber and is not covered.
