Shipping policy

Digital products

Guides and webinars are delivered electronically. A download or access link is emailed to the address used at checkout, normally within a few minutes. Nothing is physically shipped and no shipping charges apply. If your link hasn't arrived within an hour, check your spam or promotions folder, then email info@thewellbuild.com.

Water filtration systems

Systems ship directly from the manufacturer and are built to order, so they do not ship immediately. We confirm an estimated lead time when your order is finalised.

Systems ship by freight. The carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery window. Delivery is curbside: you are responsible for moving the equipment to its installation location and for arranging a licensed plumber to install it.

Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct at checkout, as freight carriers require a working contact number. We currently ship within the continental United States; contact us about anything outside that.

Inspect the shipment before signing. Note any damage on the delivery receipt, then email cleanwater@thewellbuild.com within 48 hours with photographs.
